We are monitoring the situation closely and day by day — at the moment, we're operating the clinic as normal with additional precautions in place.
Some Steps we have taken:
- No waiting time! You are taken straight to the Consultation room.
- We sterilise all of our treatment beds, chairs, doors and medical equipment.
- We disinfect our clinical rooms after every treatment using an antibacterial solution.
- Our staff are washing their hands after every single client, using handwashing technique as set out by the World Health Organisation.
- We disinfect our reception desk after every transaction and all door handles at regular intervals throughout the day.
- We are checking in with staff daily to ensure they are healthy and well, and have not been in contact with anyone unwell.
- Please don't be offended, but we will be asking anyone coming to the clinic for their appointment to sanitise their hands on arrival.
- And secondly, we would ask that you kindly reschedule your appointment if you feel unwell so that we can see you when you are better.
